As a key leadership figure, the Director of Operations at Alberta Pioneer Camp reports to the General Director. This person will empower onsite staff and maintain operational efficiency rooted in Inter Varsity's mission. The role is hands-on, focusing on problem-solving and excellent stewardship of camp resources.
