As CPKC’s PMO Practice Lead, you will reinforce the effectiveness of the Information Services Project Management Office by maintaining PMO standards and controls. This role involves direct coaching and training of project managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with governance requirements. Your ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions will be essential in delivering consistent project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance PMO methodologies and tools

• Provide hands-on guidance to Project Managers

• Lead stage/gate and quality reviews for projects

• Ensure compliance with SOX, DOMA, and policies

• Oversee project financials and RAID logs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field

• At least 8 years in an IS PMO role

• Strong background in control and compliance

• Proficiency in PMO planning and service management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Project
