Lead the Calgary branch operations at Ply Gem Canada, ensuring profitability and exceptional service. This full-time, on-site position focuses on sales performance and team development.

As a Calgary Branch Manager, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and P&L responsibilities.

Your role involves improving client satisfaction, managing office functions, and ensuring effective training for all employees. You will also monitor pricing strategies and relationships with customers, while fostering a productive work environment that supports sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for branch profitability

• Ensure employee training and safety practices are current

• Manage sales targets and office functions appropriately

• Develop positive relationships with Ply Gem Canada customers

• Conduct branch meetings and communicate goals to staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management

• 2-5 years of management experience in construction

• Previous P&L responsibility required

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Ability to engage in occasional travel across Canada
