In this position, you will oversee facilities management, ensuring that all PPJV sites align with business objectives and sustainability standards. You will work as a single contributor, focusing on vendor management, health, safety programs, and crisis response planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop facilities operational strategies to meet business needs
• Serve as the contact for emergency response and crisis management
• Administer service contracts including cleaning and security
• Oversee office administrative requirements and technology needs
• Implement health and safety compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Facilities Management or related field
• Proven facilities management experience (5+ years)
• Project management expertise with strong interpersonal skills
