This position in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team involves managing complex EHS advisory engagements while engaging senior client stakeholders. As a Senior Manager, your expertise will lead the development of interventions in environment and safety, positioned within a broader business context. Fluency in French and English is essential for effective communication and relationship-building with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive EHS advisory engagements from inception to delivery

• Shape ambiguous client problems into clear strategies

• Conduct client meetings and position EHS in business terms

• Create tailored deliverables to meet client requirements

• Foster long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety or similar

• Minimum of 12 years in EHS-focused consulting roles

• Leadership experience with senior stakeholders

• Proven ability to support proposal development

• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
