Lead healthcare equipment and furnishings projects across Alberta with a focus on strategic implementation. This hybrid role includes financial management and team oversight for capital projects.

As the Team Lead reporting to the Manager of Furnishings & Equipment, you will supervise a dedicated team while managing over one hundred million dollars in capital project budgets. Your expertise in healthcare technology, financial oversight, and project coordination will ensure timely, effective project delivery amid evolving standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Healthcare Equipment Specialist and Project Coordinators

• Assign workloads for timely project advancements

• Manage project budgets and financial reporting

• Ensure alignment with clinical best practices and standards

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Alberta

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required

• 10+ years in healthcare project management

• Proven leadership experience in a complex environment

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel

• Safety training for construction site access
