Take charge of internal audits with Nutrien as a Senior Manager. This role demands expertise in financial audits and operational assessments across the NPK business units, including periodic travel.
As the Senior Manager, Internal Audit – NPK, you'll report to the Director of Internal Audit. You'll lead financial and operational audits focusing on risk assessment, internal controls, and process improvements. Engaging with site leadership, you will evaluate key risks and promote best practices to enhance efficiency across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop risk-based audit programs for facility operations
• Collaborate to evaluate risks and effectiveness of controls
• Lead all phases of the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting
• Perform control reviews in line with the COSO framework
• Provide advisory support for increased process efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with CPA and/or CIA designation
• 10 years of business experience, 7 in audit
• 4+ years in management and leadership
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
