Reporting to the Strategy and Performance Lead, you will manage the operational functions of the REDI team while ensuring the integrity of data outputs. Your leadership will shape evaluation processes that positively impact patient care across Calgary's primary health programs. You will also play a vital role in team mentorship and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational management of the REDI team

• Directly mentor team members and supervise tasks

• Lead program evaluation planning and execution

• Safeguard data privacy and confidentiality

• Develop standardized reporting for varied audiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in data science, with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Solid supervisory background in research environments

• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
