In this essential role, you will direct compliance and quality activities related to vendor repairs at Intact’s Service Centre in Calgary. Focused on training and supporting your team, you will empower both estimators and customer service representatives to excel.
Your role includes enhancing sector efficiency and fostering teamwork to manage resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate vendor activities ensuring quality compliance
• Offer support to estimators and customer service staff
• Provide training on industry software and best practices
• Perform quality control on estimates and reviews
• Optimize resource allocation and team dynamics
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent experience necessary
• 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred
• Ability to navigate appraisal processes and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven project management and leadership experience
