Responsibilities- Drive profitable growth and operational excellence for the Commercial Lines Mid-Market – Prairies portfolio.
- Influence business outcomes, guide strategic decision-making, and position the team and portfolio for success.
- Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships.
- Leverage portfolio insights to inform business decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
- 10+ years of underwriting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a people‑leadership role.
- Strategic leadership style.
- Team‑first mentality.
- Hybrid work model – up to 2 days per week from home.
