Our large, enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to manage the service delivery of various multi-year meter replacement initiatives across Canada
.
Duration: 6-months to start (strong possibility of extension)
Working Model:
Hybrid working model in SW Calgary. Occasional travel would be required across AB, BC, MC, and ON.
Must-Haves:
6+ years' of demonstrated Project Management experience5+ years' of service delivery experience, including project scheduling, cost/budget, and risk management experienceExperience managing utility projects (similar to meter replacements)Strong stakeholder and operations management experience across various internal teamsExperience with PM tools for tracking and deliveryNice-to-Haves:
Experience with water, gas, and/or electrical meter replacement projectsPMP certificationKey Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities and tasks needed to complete projects successfullyMonitor the project's progress, cost, and scope of work and adjust as necessary to ensure its successful completionCoordinate with cross-functional departments to schedule, install, and manage data requirements for the supply and installation of utility metersMaintain compliance with customers’ progress reporting requirementsEnsure quality management to ensure that installation data is accurate and meets the customers’ needsPerform ad-hoc analysis and routine project reporting to management.Interface with lead hands and installation team members to ensure work is clearly communicated and kept on track
