Position: E6 Initiative Program Manager Role
Drive impactful change in Alberta as a Program Manager with MCG Careers, leading the E6 Initiative to support individuals with disabilities. Be instrumental in their journey toward meaningful employment.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the E6 Initiative, engaging clients with mental health disabilities and guiding them toward career opportunities. You’ll leverage your program management experience to ensure effective budgeting, compliance, and operational excellence within your team. Your ability to adapt and create solutions will be vital to the success of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the E6 Initiative

• Lead and nurture team development

• Complete accurate month-end reporting

• Organize team meetings to enhance communication

• Ensure regulatory compliance and client safety

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of career services experience

• 2 years of supervisory experience

• Familiarity with adult learning practices

• Proven experience with government programs

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
