• Direct multiple projects, including staff and subcontractor management

• Oversee emergency response and content operational workflows

• Maintain compliance with industry SLAs and KPIs

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Support project managers in daily operational tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in restoration project management or supervisory roles

• Proficient in Xactimate, PSA, and Encircle

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license required

• IICRC certification is an asset
