Take charge of program operations as a Program Team Leader at Wood’s Homes in Calgary. Lead a team dedicated to enhancing mental health and well-being for our communities.
At Wood’s Homes, you will report to the Program Manager while managing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Your role involves recruiting and supervising staff, overseeing case management, and participating in necessary meetings and evaluations. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for the program area
• Recruit and supervise front-line staff effectively
• Conduct case management according to policies
• Provide annual evaluations and establish training
• Oversee financial accountability for program costs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant social sciences
• Minimum of four years’ experience with youth and families
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with milieu therapy concepts
• Personal suitability for a dynamic work environment
