Position: Team Lead Role at Sky Zone
Become a key player at Sky Zone as a Team Lead, where leadership and guest happiness intersect. This full-time, onsite position offers hands-on experience in various operational areas including sales and safety.

As a Team Lead, your role will focus on managing operations efficiently and improving team performance in a fun, fast-paced environment. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior leaders and guide team members to deliver outstanding service. Your proactive leadership will ensure guests enjoy a safe and vibrant experience at the park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty

• Support team members with coaching and delegation

• Drive guest engagement and program sales

• Maintain safety and compliance standards

• Ensure park cleanliness and readiness

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest services

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office

• Evening and weekend availability required
