Taproot Community Support Services seeks an Executive Director to strategically lead child and family services in Alberta. Drive operational excellence and foster impactful community relationships.

In this senior leadership position, you will manage substantial operations while aligning services with community needs. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to enhance services for diverse demographics. You will champion a culture of inclusion and progressive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning for CFS and PDD sectors

• Manage daily operations with a significant budget efficiently

• Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners

• Prioritize accreditation and compliance across services

• Cultivate leadership capacity within the organization

Requirements:

• Degree in business or human services; master’s preferred

• Minimum seven years of leadership in social services

• Extensive experience in strategic program development

• Strong knowledge of Alberta’s service sectors

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
