Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and develop project scope and deliverables

• Monitor and control work plans, schedules, and budgets

• Lead quality assurance for construction drawings and specifications

• Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors

• Coordinate with authorities regarding constructability issues

Requirements:

• Architectural or engineering design experience

• 10-15 years of project work experience

• Strong understanding of project accounting

• Proven leadership and client management skills
