Regional Operations Manager Western

Take charge as a Regional Operations Manager for Western Canada, ideally based in Edmonton or Calgary. Drive operational excellence across service centers while leading regional growth initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned leader accountable for overall regional performance, organizational effectiveness, and financial results across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Collaborating closely with the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, you'll develop strategic operating plans and lead workforce design and leadership development efforts to achieve business objectives successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize operational performance across all service centers

• Co-develop regional operating plans with VP, Operations

• Own regional budget and financial performance reviews

• Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives

• Lead and coach Branch Managers and regional leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business or related field; MBA preferred

• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience

• Strong financial and business acumen

• Proven success in multi-site operations management

• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
