In this role, you will lead Battery Energy Storage Systems projects across North America for Sun Grid Solutions Inc. With your extensive experience, you will ensure effective project management and foster mentorship among junior team members. Your focus will be on logistical coordination, stakeholder communication, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct everyday management of BESS projects
• Oversee financial health and contract management
• Provide mentorship to junior project personnel
• Interface with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Ensure best practices for safety and quality
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of project management experience
• Expertise in renewable energy or related sectors
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
