Position: Strategic Senior Program Manager at TELUS
Join TELUS as a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in Real Estate Central Office management.
As a key player in the Project Management & Governance team, your role will involve leading the optimization of TELUS's central office infrastructure. You’ll coordinate workflows, provide critical insights to senior leadership, and ensure stakeholder alignment on high-value programs. Expertise in complex program execution and change management will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple cross-functional program timelines and budgets

• Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders

• Communicate performance updates to diverse audiences

• Implement governance frameworks for program accountability

• Utilize data insights for proactive risk management
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in program leadership, preferably in PMO

• Proven experience with multi-stakeholder program management

• Strong analytical skills for dashboard creation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge in telecommunications or fiber build programs preferred
