Strong partnerships with HR, IT, and finance teams will improve payroll processes and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead payroll and benefits operations across Canada and the USA

• Drive payroll transformation initiatives and system consolidation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize payroll processes

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll legislation

• Develop and mentor a high-performing payroll team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 7+ years in payroll with U.S. and Canadian experience

• 3+ years of leadership in payroll management

• Experience with ADP payroll platforms

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
