You will work directly under the Vice President of Airport Operations, managing teams across Tier 2 and Tier 3 stations. This strategic role emphasizes operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across a growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ground operations across multiple international and Tier 2/3 stations

• Develop and implement performance objectives and operational strategies

• Monitor key performance indicators focused on safety and customer experience

• Foster leadership capabilities within operational teams

• Build strategic relationships with airport authorities and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or similar

• Minimum 10 years in aviation leadership roles

• Proven experience in multi-site operational oversight

• Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
