About this Role

The Senior Director, Revenue Performance is the senior commercial leader responsible for maximizing top-line revenue growth and long-term enterprise value across multiple destinations and business lines for their respective geography. This role provides strategic leadership to deliver and exceed revenue objectives by aligning business priorities, leveraging cross-functional expertise, and ensuring commercial decisions drive sustainable financial performance. Working in partnership with Operations, Executive Leadership, and Commercial teams, the Senior Director develops and executes integrated commercial strategies that optimize demand, pricing, distribution, sales, marketing, reservations, and guest acquisition.

Rather than owning every commercial function directly, this leader brings together the right people, resources, data, and expertise to ensure the organization consistently makes the best commercial decisions. Success in this role is measured by the ability to build high-performing teams, foster strong cross-functional collaboration, anticipate changing market conditions, and translate business strategy into commercial action that delivers both immediate results and long-term growth.

The Senior Director creates organizational alignment, establishes clear priorities for his or her team, removes barriers to execution, and develops the commercial capabilities required to outperform revenue goals today while positioning the business for continued success in the future.

Drive accountability through disciplined planning, regular performance reviews, and follow-through, ensuring commercial initiatives are executed with speed, consistency, and measurable business impact.

Lead through influence by facilitating productive dialogue, incorporating diverse perspectives, and aligning stakeholders around enterprise priorities—even when competing interests require difficult decisions. Build trust through transparent, proactive communication that clearly explains business priorities, strategic trade-offs, expected outcomes, and changes in direction.
