Senior Client Services Manager

Lead client service excellence with the Otipemisiwak Métis Government as a Senior Manager in Calgary, AB. Drive strategic initiatives in Education, Training, and Research while managing a dedicated team.

This full-time, one-year contract role focuses on overseeing business operations and achieving performance goals in the Calgary region. You will coach staff, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and enhance project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational activities and service delivery in the South region

• Develop and implement regional work plans with strategic partners

• Conduct labour market analysis for client needs

• Oversee budget compliance and financial reporting

• Liaise with government and industry partners to build relationships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proven leadership experience with team management

• Knowledge of Métis culture and employment barriers

• Strong analytical and communication skills
