Program Manager for New Product Launch at DIRTT

Lead innovative product introductions at DIRTT in Calgary as a full-time Program Manager. This on-site role requires strategic project management and robust communication skills.

As the NPI program manager, you will ensure seamless delivery through various business units, managing initiatives across DIRTT’s roadmap. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from operations to commercial teams, fostering alignment and integration. In this hands-on role, you'll improve processes and address gaps while continuously mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance NPI processes via

• Coordinate with NPI representatives across business units

• Educate teams and gather feedback throughout NPI

• Increase visibility by improving departmental communication

• Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting delivery

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical design

• 5+ years in project management

• 4+ years in manufacturing and change management

• Strong communication and Microsoft Suite skills

• Experience in Agile development teams is advantageous
