Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and develop a motivated sales team

• Set and evaluate team goals based on performance

• Provide continuous training and coaching to staff

• Schedule team shifts adhering to payroll budget

• Resolve in-store issues and conduct customer follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Calm demeanor in high-pressure situations

• Team-oriented with collaboration experience

• Prior knowledge of Ascend POS is an asset
