Rate: $100 to $105/hr Inc.

Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Program / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise M365 transformation program following a recent resignation. The program spans multiple workstreams and is expected to run up to 2 years with phased stream execution.
The role combines both program-level governance and hands-on delivery management, with approximately a 1/3 program oversight and 2/3 project execution split.

Key Responsibilities
Program-Level (PMO / Governance)

• Provide oversight across multiple project streams and SOWs within the program
• Ensure alignment to overall program objectives, timelines, and dependencies
• Lead cross-stream planning, governance, and executive reporting
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support steering committee and executive governance forums
• Provide consolidated program health reporting (status, KPIs, risks, issues)
• Oversee change control impacts across multiple workstreams

Project-Level (Stream Delivery)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned workstream(s)
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and WBS
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
• Run weekly status meetings and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate delivery with technical teams and client stakeholders
• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities
• Ensure alignment with program governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall Project/Program Management experience
• 5+ years of Program Management experience in enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with M365 technologies:
  • Teams, Exchange, Share Point
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Purview
• Active Directory / Identity migration experience
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent streams or complex programs

Nice-to-Have

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transformation experience
• Experience working within structured PMO environments
• Strong financial/program tracking and forecasting experience
