Lead the launch of Return Pro's newest facility as the General Manager in Calgary. Shape your team and establish high standards from day one in this pivotal role.

As the first hire at Return Pro's Calgary site, you will spearhead its establishment, recruiting and training your team to create a performance-driven culture. This unique opportunity involves leading operations, ensuring profitability, and implementing industry best practices while maintaining a focus on returns and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end launch of the facility

• Build and train your operational team from scratch

• Define and model high-performance standards

• Establish systems, SOPs, and safety programs

• Own site financial performance and P&L

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics

• 8+ years of experience managing large teams

• Proven success in greenfield launches

• Strong knowledge of P&L management

• Certification in Six Sigma or lean methodologies
