In this leadership role, you will report to both the Area Manager and the Director of HSE. Your expertise will guide compliance efforts and contribute to the company’s safety culture. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety documentation and leading safety training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in identifying and addressing safety issues

• Produce and maintain health and safety records

• Collaborate with District Managers for HSE compliance

• Track and report monthly safety statistics and KPIs

• Lead safety program implementations like Environmentally Safe Driving

Requirements:

• 10 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience

• Extensive knowledge of WCB practices and OH&S legislation

• Strong planning and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Related certifications like CSP or CRSP preferred
