Project and Change Lead at CHF

Lead impactful initiatives at Calgary Homeless Foundation as the Project and Change Lead. Guide strategic priorities while enhancing project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement through hands-on leadership.

This essential role reports directly to the Director of Projects & Change Management  will oversee project planning, execution, and implementation, while directly supporting project teams and fostering collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders. Your expertise in project and change management will help ensure sustainable outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage projects from conception to completion

• Guide project teams with effective communication and coordination

• Identify and mitigate risks impacting project success

• Lead meetings to maintain alignment and clarity

• Embed change management practices throughout project life cycles

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of project leadership experience

• Degree or certification in Project Management or related fields

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Experience in coaching project staff and teams
