Position: Supply Chain Supervisor at Shoppers Drug Mart
Lead pharmacy operations as a Supply Chain Supervisor for Shoppers Drug Mart, enhancing workflow and ensuring optimal customer service. Supervise inventory management and team performance effectively.

Reporting to the Site Director, the Supply Chain Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and coaching the team. This full-time position focuses on managing inventory processes, shipping, and staff productivity. You’ll act as a key support for pharmacy operations, promoting efficient practices and communication to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop inventory management policies and procedures

• Manage communications with inventory and procurement teams

• Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes

• Lead and coach the team for productivity maximization

• Oversee order confirmation and onboarding for new stores

Requirements:

• Three years of pharmacy work experience required

• Minimum one year in inventory management

• Leadership experience in managing teams

• Strong organization, communication, and computer skills

• Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends
