Reporting to the Vice President of Major Projects, your focus will be on delivery excellence, safety, and aligning project objectives with regulatory standards. Your experience will guide the development of high-performing teams and effective execution practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety culture and accountability across project teams

• Operationalize the Project Delivery Model organization-wide

• Ensure alignment across pipeline and facilities projects

• Manage contractor performance and project delivery standards

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Over 20 years of experience in capital project leadership

• Relevant professional designations are preferred

• Proven experience managing complex project portfolios

• Strong background in pipeline, facilities, or energy projects

• Knowledge of integrated delivery metrics and stakeholder management
