ACT is searching for an Executive Director with extensive management experience and a commitment to addressing human trafficking. In this role, you will guide strategic planning and strengthen partnerships with various organizations while enhancing ACT’s visibility and impact. Your leadership will focus on fostering community well-being and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ACT's strategic plan and strengthen its community presence
• Cultivate partnerships across government agencies and funding organizations
• Oversee financial management, including budget planning and development
• Lead team-building efforts, promoting a supportive work environment
• Act as a spokesperson for ACT when engaging with external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Significant executive experience in strategic management
• Understanding of funding and community engagement dynamics
• Proven ability in cultivating collaborative partnerships
• Commitment to service and advocacy for marginalized communities
Lead meaningful change in combatting human trafficking as ACT’s Executive Director, leveraging your expertise in advocacy and management.
