• Track and maximize sales trend opportunities

• Handle all financial reporting and key metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in multi-unit management

• Prior experience with remote team leadership

• Strong organizational and scheduling acumen

• Track record in performance coaching

• Jewelry industry experience advantageous
