As an MPD Field Supervisor I at Beyond Energy, you will need five years of oilfield experience and three years in MPD. You will supervise a dedicated team, coordinate daily operations, and engage with customers as the primary contact. Your ability to lead and communicate effectively will facilitate successful project execution and personnel training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Managed Pressure Drilling operations

• Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Conduct safety meetings and operational briefings

• Prepare field reports and ensure documentation is current

• Train and mentor MPD Field Operators

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in oilfield experience

• 3 years specific to Managed Pressure Drilling

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License required

• IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification preferred
