Bird's Commercial Manager Position

Join Bird as the Commercial Manager, providing strategic oversight across Maintenance, Turnarounds, and Capital operations. This role emphasizes leadership in contract management and claims oversight.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, the Commercial Manager leads contract stewardship and proposal strategies. You will work collaboratively with operations teams to manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Master Service Agreements and work orders

• Lead contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations

• Develop proposals and manage cross-functional proposal teams

• Maintain risk and opportunity registers actively

• Lead audit processes and improve contract management practices

Requirements:

• Over 10 years’ experience in relevant sectors

• Highly skilled in commercial and contract negotiation

• Proven leadership supporting major operational projects

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Background in claims management and client relations
