Senior Project Leader, SAIT Campus Initiative

Lead the celebrations for SAIT’s Taylor Family Campus Centre as a Senior Project Leader focused on strategic development and community engagement. This role is a defining opportunity to shape SAIT’s legacy.

As the driving force behind the Campus Centre Opening Initiative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable introduction to this landmark facility. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will collaborate with key partners to ensure a cohesive opening program that honors SAIT’s vision and engages multiple communities. This position is designed for a seasoned project manager with a passion for impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of multi-event opening activities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and timelines

• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration

• Facilitate communication across work groups and partners

• Manage logistics for ceremonies and community-focused events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Project Management

• 7-10 years of experience in project or event management

• Minimum 1-2 years in supervisory roles

• Strong planning and execution abilities

• Excellent stakeholder relationship management
