Reporting to the CEO, you'll direct reservoirs, geological, and acquisition teams while overseeing the execution of development projects from inception to completion.
Your role encompasses guiding due diligence, negotiations, and ensuring that all activities align with company objectives and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate acquisition and asset disposition opportunities
• Oversee strategies for top quartile operating performance
• Develop facilities and structures to sustain operations
• Set near-term and long-term performance targets
• Monitor budget effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or equivalent
• 15+ years’ experience in WCSB oil and gas sector
• Strong grasp of production operations and engineering
• Effective management skills in an E&P environment
• Proven experience in acquisitions and divestitures
