FLINT Environmental Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Decommissioning and Abandonment service line growth and execution

• Coordinate complex site transitions and abandonment programs

• Develop proposals and support RFP responses for new opportunities

• Engage with clients and regulatory bodies as FLINT's representative

• Cultivate a collaborative team environment focused on safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

• Minimum 15 years in environmental and industrial asset retirement

• Strong leadership experience in high-risk operations

• In-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory frameworks

• Exceptional skills in client and stakeholder communication
