Position: Flair Airlines In-Flight Operations Supervisor Role
Take on the role of In-Flight Operations Supervisor with Flair Airlines in Calgary, AB, and help us redefine affordable air travel. Drive safety and compliance in a dynamic team environment.

This role is essential for providing leadership and support to the In-Flight team. You will be responsible for ensuring that Flight Attendants meet all qualifications and training requirements, while also actively coaching and supporting them during operations. Your work will ensure that our crews uphold Flair's commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support during boarding and inflight services

• Assist in conflict resolution and employee performance management

• Coordinate safety training and reporting for the crew

• Supervise daily crew base activities for operational efficiency

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Flight Attendant required

• Previous leadership in an airline setting is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems is an asset

• Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada
