Administration Manager

Position: Silverleaf Administration Manager Role
Join Optima Living as the Administration Manager for the Silverleaf community in Calgary, focusing on administrative efficiency and resident-centered care. Drive processes and lead the administrative team in this key position.

In this Administration Manager role, you will work closely with the General Manager and take responsibility for oversight of administrative operations and community financial tasks. Your leadership will ensure team compliance with safety regulations and facilitate effective communication. You'll also champion a culture of quality improvement, and resident engagement while adhering to Optima Living's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentoring to administrative staff

• Manage resident contracts, inquiries, and financial documentation

• Operate accounts payable and receivable effectively

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of administrative staff

• Engaging communication with families and residents

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in office administration

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Familiarity with collective agreements is beneficial

• Strong leadership and detailed organization skills

• Must be able to handle confidential information
