On-Site Project Lead at DSD

Lead hands-on projects with Destinations Seniors Downsizing in Calgary, Alberta. This part-time role requires a blend of on-site leadership and physical engagement in downsizing and moving work.

As a Project Lead, you will be approximately 75% involved in physical tasks such as packing and organizing while dedicating 25% to leadership responsibilities. You will guide the team, maintain workflow, and ensure project success while being directly involved with clients and their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main on-site contact during projects

• Mentor and guide your team on daily tasks

• Communicate progress and adjustments to the Owner

• Help resolve issues that arise during projects

• Act as a liaison for clients and team members

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in moving and service work

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Capable of lifting and managing items up to 30 lbs

• Valid license and dependable transportation

• Adaptable in a physically demanding role
