In this influential role, you will be accountable for overseeing club operations, ensuring teams are effective and engaged while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Your leadership will significantly impact the atmosphere of each club, and you will be involved with training, recruitment, and performance management efforts. Regular travel to clubs is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee club operations and ensure brand standards

• Lead training and performance management for staff

• Manage financial objectives and club budgets

• Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are met

• Conduct regular assessments and feedback meetings

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree preferred

• At least 2 years in a management role

• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills for reporting and operations
