Lead Project Manager - Infrastructure Services

As the Lead for the Infrastructure Services Project Management Practice, you will serve as the business steward for refining and continuously improving project management processes. With a focus on collaboration and adherence to best practices, you will guide project teams, ensuring successful execution across municipal projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management practices and methodologies

• Ensure effective implementation of project governance and standards

• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure projects

• Collaborate with teams to support successful project execution

• Guide development of project management roadmaps and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with P.Eng.

• Project Management certification desired (PMP, PRINCE2)

• Experience with complex municipal infrastructure projects

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
