Position: Project Manager II for Digital Projects Worley

Lead transformative digital projects with Worley as a full-time Project Manager II in Calgary, Alberta. Oversee project execution across North America and LATAM in key industries such as Oil & Gas and mining. In this role, you will manage all project phases, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Your expertise in leading technical teams will drive operational excellence and enhance client satisfaction. Your leadership will foster talent development and business growth through strategic project delivery and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute project scope to maintain budget and schedule
Manage change orders with customer approval
Ensure safety standards for on-site and office teams
Select and mentor project team members
Identify growth opportunities in project scopes

Requirements:

Over 8 years of project management experience
Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong commercial acumen with contracting models
Experience in MS Project and core Microsoft tools
Degree in engineering or automation
