Finning Technology Project Manager

Lead impactful projects as a Technology Project Manager with Finning Canada in Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer. Shape business outcomes through innovative solutions and data-driven decision-making.

This full-time permanent role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, particularly using Caterpillar Product Link technology across Mining, Construction, and Power Systems. As an influential leader, you will drive operational efficiency while managing projects that enhance performance. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to defining project goals and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple strategic projects using Finning’s frameworks

• Partner with leaders to create project charters and roadmaps

• Deliver aligned results with business goals and timelines

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Mentor Project Leads to build internal capability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience

• 5+ years of progressive business experience

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or Change Management

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and CAT Product Link technology

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
