As a key part of the Infrastructure Business Center, you will oversee teams across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. This role encompasses recruiting, developing talent, and promoting a collaborative culture focused on technical excellence. Your leadership will shape the future of transportation by ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that enhance the community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and business development efforts
• Ensure high priority for Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)
• Execute project work with a focus on quality and adherence to schedule
• Mentor project managers and guide team training programs
• Oversee project planning from design to construction support
Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management and delivery
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of project execution and compliance
• Familiarity with budgeting and workload forecasting
• History of promoting continuous improvement initiatives
