Key Responsibilities:
• Support and motivate 50-100 Amazon Associates
• Operate in an autonomous, high-energy environment
• Manage daily operations including truck deliveries and package sorting
• Adjust resources in response to shifting priorities
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in progress
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts and handle physical demands
• Effective problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work in high-noise settings
