• Lead commercial risk evaluations and audits

• Administer agreements and handle rate adjustments

• Guide teams in contract administration and claims avoidance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in industrial or project management

• Effective commercial leadership and negotiation experience

• Proven background in claims and contract oversight

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Experience with major operational negotiations and compliance
