BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to enhance its Personal Debt Solutions. This role involves overseeing consumer bankruptcy and proposal files, advising on bankruptcy laws, and supervising staff. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of insolvency procedures and have a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional designation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer bankruptcy and proposal case files

• Conduct debtor assessments and recovery of assets

• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members

• Communicate effectively with debtors and creditors

• Develop referral sources and assist with practice development
Requirements:

• Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee

• Strong knowledge of insolvency rules and laws

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Flexibility for evening work and travel
